Plan and Design | Once you’ve decided on a treatment plan, you’ll need molds of your teeth. With Invisalign® these molds can be taken digitally.
Receive the Aligners | Rather than getting metal brackets and wires attached to your teeth, you’ll receive your first set of clear aligners. These trays, which look like clear plastic retainers, are designed to slowly shift your teeth into a more desirable position.
Start Treatment | Just like with regular braces, you’ll need adjustments throughout the process. You’ll wear each set of aligners for a few weeks before switching to a new set. This will ensure your teeth continue moving in the right direction.
Remove Aligners for Eating and Cleaning | Unlike regular braces, however, you can eat with ease. While regular braces stay on all the time, you’ll wear your Invisalign® aligners almost all the time, but not while eating or brushing your teeth.
